The course structure at Rishikesh Yogis is an excellent blend of philosophical traditions of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Samkhya Yoga, Kriya Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga with practical approach of Traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
